The Garment Pressing & Laundry Associate is responsible for ensuring high-quality finishing and presentation of garments and linens through professional pressing, cleaning, sorting, and packaging. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to production schedules while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform garment pressing for dresses, shirts, pants, and household items using appropriate equipment.

Conduct collar and cuff scrubbing for shirts, lab coats, and similar items to maintain quality standards.

Sort, wash, press, and package linens according to established procedures.

Cross-train and operate all pressing stations, including shirt, pants, and utility presses.

Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and surrounding areas.

Monitor and restock supplies required at assigned workstations.

Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation protocols as outlined by company policy.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in garment pressing, laundry, or textile care preferred.

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warm environment.

Working Conditions
- Typical schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or until daily pressing is completed).
