Responsibilities include:
- Accurately packing and filling medications for long-term care patients
- Performing data entry tasks related to prescription orders
- Communicating effectively with healthcare providers by phone to clarify medication orders or resolve issues
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Nebraska Pharmacy Technician License is required
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in long-term care settings is advantageous
- Ability to begin work immediately
