Position Overview
This role will primarily support our parts and customer service operations through order entry, phone support, and distributor communication. However, we are intentionally looking for someone with broader potential and interest in growing into additional responsibilities across the business.

This is not a “stay in your lane” position. Strong performers will have opportunities to take ownership in other departments based on their strengths and interests.
Actions & Impacts
Customer Support
- Process orders via phone and email to ensure timely customer delivery and follow up
- Support distributors, customers and, our outside sales team with order inquiries
- Manage order entry accurately and efficiently
- Assist with CRM management and customer data organization
- Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and shipping teams
- Help maintain a positive customer experience throughout the order process
Growth & Business Support Opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Preferred Experience
- Customer service, counter sales, inside sales, retail, or similar experience
- Manufacturing, construction, industrial, or equipment industry experience is a plus
- Experience working with CRMs, ERP systems, or business software is preferred
- Our software stack:
- ERP: Epicor
- CRM: Membrain
- Other: ZoomInfo, Construct Connect, Quest CDN.

Schedule & Travel
- Full-time, in-office position in Walker, MI
- Day shift, no nights
- Very limited travel required
- Occasional trade shows or regional customer visits may occur a handful of times per year
- Travel is not a major component of this role and is not crucial
