Do you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and keeping properties running smoothly? We’re seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Tech to join our team immediately!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8am-2pm
Pay: Starting at $19/hr DOE

General building and property maintenance

Painting, repairs, and carpet removal

Basic plumbing and thermostat replacement

Maintain clean and safe grounds including litter pickup and weed removal

Assist with upkeep of residential/commercial property systems
This property utilizes gas utilities, so candidates should feel comfortable working around gas appliances and related systems. Willing to train the right candidate on gas-related work if they are eager to learn and build their skills.

Is willing to handle both skilled maintenance tasks and everyday property upkeep

Can work independently and stay productive throughout the day

Has a valid driver’s license

Can provide proof of GED or High School Diploma

Can pass a background check and drug screen
