Real Estate Field Inspector — Per Diem / As-Needed (Union, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, Essex Counties)
I'm looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to handle property photo assignments and occasional interior inspections across northern NJ. This is not a full-time position — work comes in as needed, but it's steady and consistent if you're dependable.
What you'll be doing:
Photographing properties from the exterior and occasionally walking through interiors. You'll take the photos, note basic property details, and send everything to me promptly. No reports, no writing, no special license required.
What I need from you:
You live in or can easily cover Union, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, or Essex County. You have a reliable car. You're comfortable going to properties on short notice — usually within a day or two of being contacted. You take clear photos and know how to send them by email. You respond to messages quickly and communicate well. You show up when you say you will.
Pay is bi-weekly. I need someone to start immediately — if you're available and interested, reach out.
Valid NJ DL and SS required
Pay is per job, not per hour.
1099 position
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
