Guardian Angels Supported Living, LLC is located in Sikeston, Mo. We provide supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include:
- Staff training and supervision
- Direct plan implementation for individuals as needed
- Oversight/coordination of all the consumers programs and services being received
- Coordinating the development of the ISP (scheduling, facilitation, and summary)
- Ensure the safety and well-being of consumers at all times
- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation of consumer activities, progress, and incidents
- Writing monthly reviews
- Advocate for consumer rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with consumer, their guardian and/or families, and the team
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of consumer information
- Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and experience working with individuals on the spectrum is preferred
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
