Overview:
Angels Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Classroom Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. We are committed to providing a warm, inclusive, and developmentally enriching environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in early childhood education and a heartfelt commitment to nurturing young learners. This role involves hands-on teaching, implementing creative and structured lesson plans, and utilizing a blend of the ABEKA Curriculum in addition to Creative-inspired methodologies to support each child's unique learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support holistic development and align with the best educational practices.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and growth.
- Provide individualized support and early intervention as needed, ensuring that every child receives the attention and guidance to thrive.
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s learning journey.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in toddler and preschool classroom management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or a similar child-centered educational philosophy is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create a developmentally appropriate curriculum and engaging lesson plans.
- Experience with tutoring and/or early intervention services is a strong advantage.
- A nurturing spirit and a deep passion for guiding young children in a private school setting.
