CNC/Manual Machinist - MasterCam

About the Role
We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong machining skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality precision parts while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools and equipment
- Maintain quality standards and meet production schedules
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience operating lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment
- Experience with MasterCam software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
