2nd shift Monday-Friday from 2pm-10pm $20.25
We are seeking a reliable and motivated entry-level Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating basic machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Experience working with metal materials is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle and work with metal materials and components as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with metal materials is preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $20.25 per hour
