What You’ll Do
- Get licensed in Life & Health Insurance (we guide you through it)
- Meet with clients face-to-face and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain your own book of business
- (Leadership Track) Recruit, train, and mentor new agents
- Participate in short daily team calls (Mon–Fri, ~30 min)
- Continuously develop professionally and personally
