Retail Store Manager

As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Retail Store Manager for our newest location opening soon in Pacific City in Huntington Beach.

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. In addition to helping prepare the store for the grand opening, your ongoing duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, leading staff, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.
This position will pay $67,000 - $70,000 (DOE) plus a percentage of store sales, paid monthly.
Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Achieve your store’s goals for sales and store profit.
- Drive sales, profitability, operational, and customer service metrics through coaching and problem-solving based on accountability performance indicators of the store
- Keep a clean store and create a welcoming space for customers and employees
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
- Ensure store compliance with health, safety and labor regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering new items.
Retail Store Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a retail environment.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in retail.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
