Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation and nurturing client relationships. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our compassionate team to ensure our clients receive top-tier care and service. While our main office is in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with referral sources throughout Bucks & Montgomery counties and make a meaningful impact on their everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads within the home care industry.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs better.

Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients to close sales.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Track and report on sales performance metrics to improve strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in sales or customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Home care industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
