We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and confident in managing clinical care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care
- Monitor resident condition changes and communicate effectively with physicians and leadership
- Ensure compliance with Texas Health & Human Services (HHS) and CMS regulations
- Participate in care conferences, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong knowledge of LTC regulations, infection control, and clinical best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Point Click Care experience preferred
