Caregiver Positions
Pay Rate: $11–$14 per hour
Caregiver Requirements:
- TB test required
- No driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a background check
Caregiver Duties:
- Provide in-home care and assistance
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, and other daily living needs
- Follow care plans and report any concerns to supervisors
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Positions
Pay Rate: $16–$20 per hour
DSP Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Active vehicle insurance
- Valid vehicle registration
- TB test required
- Ability to complete required trainings
- Ability to pass a background check
DSP Duties:
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community
- Take individuals into the community for meaningful activities based on their Individual Support Plan (ISP)
- Promote independence, skill-building, and social engagement
- Assist individuals with appointments, errands, and community participation
- Encourage personal growth and improve overall quality of life
- Accurately document services and communicate progress or concerns to supervisors
