We are looking to hire a Utility/Food Runner/Expo/Bar Support person to join our team! Benefits include generous meal discounts, Free Ice Skating, discounts at the ProShop and membership upgrades at Crunch Fitness.
The responsibilities of this combination position include assisting bartenders, servers, managers and kitchen manager. Utility will also function as an expo/food runner whenever able. The ideal candidate should have a customer service attitude whenever on duty and open availability on weekends is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exhibit a hospitable attitude at all time
- Put away Webstaurant Deliveries
- Change/move beer/wine kegs
- Assist in putting away liquor, beer, wine deliveries and organize storage areas
- Empty bar bus tub at the dish area
- Clean, polish, and put away glassware
- Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum restaurant and bar floors
- Empty trash cans throughout the shift and at the end of the shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area & mechanical area
- Work with a sense of urgency at all times
- Assists guests with requests (if applicable), directions, etc.
- Learn our menu items and recipes
- Practice safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with Health Department standards
- Report any maintenance concerns to the Manager
- Food Running
- Expo Food with accuracy
- Assemble to go and delivery orders
- Assist Kitchen Lead with any tasks during downtimes
- Assist Catering Manager whenever needed
- Put away supply deliveries
- Retrieve supplies from Snack Bar Marketplace
- Food handling knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Restaurant experience
- Able to lift and move beer kegs
- Flexible schedule including full weekend availability
- Available to open and close depending on the shift
- Physically able to be on feet for extended periods and lift up to 20lbs. unassisted
- At least 18 years old

We are a small locally owned high-end sports bar located inside AdventHealth Center Ice, on the 2nd floor. We promise that you will have a fun experience working with us in a cool environment. We want to grow our team and are looking for hard-working individuals who are willing to learn.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
