Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the AWS Cloud Migration program from the client's side.
- Coordinate closely with the AWS ProServe team and ensure consistent progress on client-side activities.
- Provide end-to-end program governance, reporting, stakeholder updates, and issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and escalate blockers proactively.
- Interface directly with client stakeholders, internal Virtusa teams, and third-party vendors.

Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with minimum 4+ years leading AWS Cloud Migration projectsin enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, cloud infrastructure, networking, and migration methodologies (e.g., rehost, replatform, refactor).
- Prior experience collaborating with AWS Professional Services teams (including AWS MAP).
- Strong track record working on enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills – must be able to manage C-level stakeholders confidently.
- Highly tenacious, organized, and delivery focused.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate/Professional Certification
- PMP / PMI-ACP / SAFe Agile certification

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
