We seek an enthusiastic individual for an On-Site Manager position. This is great opportunity for anyone seeking an entry level position to start a Human Resources career!
Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:30pm
Pay: $40,000 **$500 Sign-On Bonus awarded after 6 months
Duties or responsibilities would include:
- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks
- Employee orientation
- Safety training
- Attendance tracking
- Employee coaching
- Payroll/Deductions
- Communications with supervisors/leads
- Management of employee records and software database
- Providing excellent customer service
- General office duties
- Client Communication
- Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic personality
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Must be able to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Undergraduate degree preferred
