KAFF Homecare Inc. is currently seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable female Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client enrolled through the Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) in Gurnee, Illinois.

Position Responsibilities
The selected nurse will provide skilled in-home pediatric nursing care while working closely with the child's family and healthcare team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the home
- Performing G-Tube (Gastrostomy Tube) feedings and care
- Providing Tracheostomy (Traach) care
- Performing airway suctioning
- Monitoring respiratory status and oxygen needs
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs
- Completing accurate nursing documentation and visit notes
- Identifying changes in the child's condition and reporting concerns promptly
- Educating and supporting family members regarding the child's care plan
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN or LPN License in good standing
- Previous pediatric nursing experience required
- Experience caring for medically complex pediatric patients preferred
- Proficiency with:
- G-Tube care
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care
- Airway suctioning
- Medication administration
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care
