Description:
This position serves as the first point of contact for the Pella Showroom customer walk-ins and call-ins and contributes to sales success by properly directing customers to the appropriate department and answers product related questions. Must be a quick learner and have a desire to be a product expert. In addition, he/she will provide administrative assistance to sales and administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person, by phone, and by email with sales, product demonstrations, service requests, quotes, and order pickups.

Manage customer projects from quote through installation, including reviewing blueprints and specifications, processing orders, scheduling deliveries and installations, and serving as the primary customer contact.

Coordinate inventory and product distribution by receiving shipments, organizing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting installers and customers with product fulfillment.

Support business development through customer follow-up, jobsite visits, sample procurement, sales support activities, and collections efforts.

Maintain accurate records and efficient showroom and office operations, including data entry, petty cash management, office supply inventory, and a professional customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma

2+ years of customer service, sales or another related field.

Organizational, social and customer focus skills are necessary.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Strong math skills and data entry skills are required.
