Are you a Registered Nurse who believes that long-term care should feel like home, not a hospital? At Grandview Care Center, we are pioneers in the "Culture Change" movement. We’ve traded institutional routines for a holistic approach that honors the physical, social, and spiritual needs of our residents.
As an RN here, you are more than a supervisor—you are a clinical advocate, a mentor to our CNA and LPN teams, and a key architect of the individualized care that allows our residents to flourish.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the nursing staff on your unit, fostering a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and shared goals.
- Holistic Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physical and psycho-social assessments to ensure residents reach their highest practicable level of well-being.
- Family Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for families and physicians, providing compassionate updates and advocating for the resident’s expressed wishes.
- Quality Excellence: Ensure all nursing practices meet or exceed state and federal regulations while maintaining our warm, community-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Expertise: Strong clinical assessment skills and a deep understanding of geriatric care.
- Heart: A dedication to person-centered care and the "Culture Change" philosophy.
- Leadership: The ability to lead a team with kindness, patience, and professional integrity.
