Build Your Career Somewhere That Still Puts Patients First.
What if your next clinic actually supported the way you want to practice?
Rancho Santa Margarita Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has proudly served the community since 1992. As an independently owned orthopedic practice preparing to move into our brand-new expanded facility, we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more than just another outpatient job, we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career.
We offer competitive compensation of $85,000–$110,000+ annually (depending on experience), performance incentives through our Onus One bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend hours.
Here, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, collaborate with an experienced and supportive team, and continue developing your clinical skills in an environment that values quality care over simply chasing productivity numbers.
Whether you're a new graduate looking for exceptional mentorship or an experienced clinician ready for your next chapter, you'll find a team committed to helping you grow while making a meaningful impact in the community we've proudly served for more than three decades.
