Job Summary

Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct exterior landscaping and residential painting tasks as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standard.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately. assist with maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
- Lead or support facilities maintenance initiatives in manufacturing or residential environments with a focus on quality and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for maintenance support.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within commercial retail settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by landscape experience, including.
- Skilled in landscaping, residential painting, and general handyman task
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
