Field Service Technician – Commercial Pool Systems

We are hiring a Field Service Technician to work on commercial pool systems across our service area.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Mechanical systems
No prior pool experience required — we will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, heaters, automation systems)
- Perform equipment installs and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in the field
- Communicate with customers and internal team on job status
- Manage jobs efficiently from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a skilled trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional communication with customers
- Valid driver’s license
