Bronco Home Services is a fast-growing residential construction and home services company serving Prattville, Montgomery, Millbrook, Wetumpka, and the surrounding River Region. We specialize in residential remodeling, repairs, renovations, maintenance, and home improvement projects.
We are looking for an experienced Residential Project Consultant who can confidently meet with homeowners, accurately estimate projects, earn the customer’s trust, close the sale, and oversee the project through completion.
This is not an office estimator position.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands residential construction, and knows how to turn opportunities into satisfied customers.

What You’ll Do
You’ll own the customer experience from the initial consultation through the final walkthrough.
Sales & Consulting
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Listen to customer needs and provide professional recommendations
- Build trust through education and excellent communication
- Prepare and present estimates
- Close sales and answer customer questions
- Follow up on outstanding estimates
Estimating
- Inspect residential repair and remodeling projects
- Scope work accurately
- Take measurements and photos
- Prepare detailed, profitable estimates
- Coordinate material needs
Project Management
- Schedule crews and subcontractors
- Communicate project timelines with homeowners
- Visit jobs as needed to ensure quality workmanship
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Keep projects moving efficiently
Customer Experience
- Conduct final walkthroughs
- Ensure every customer is completely satisfied
- Collect final payment when appropriate
- Ask happy customers for Google reviews
- Generate referrals for future business
What We’re Looking For-Required Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of residential construction experience
- Minimum 5+ years of construction sales, remodeling sales, or in-home sales
- Experience estimating residential repair or remodeling projects
- Strong understanding of residential building methods and materials
- Ability to read measurements and accurately scope work
- Comfortable using technology to prepare estimates and communicate with customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
