Traveling Plumber & Field Audit Specialist
(Nationwide Travel – Mobile Home & RV Communities)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Plumber & Field Audit Specialist to support our nationwide due-diligence and infrastructure inspection projects across manufactured housing and RV communities.
This role is a hybrid position. You will serve as the on-site plumbing specialist while also supporting our broader property and infrastructure audit process alongside our field audit team.
This position is ideal for a licensed or highly experienced plumber who enjoys travel, field work, and being part of a professional inspection and data-driven operation.
What You’ll Do:

- Locate cleanouts and access points
- Verify visible pipe types, sizes, and conditions
- Map flow, main lines, and laterals to the extent they are available for scoping
- Assist with flow testing and field verification
- Support sewer mapping and line documentation for reporting
- Work directly with our audit and due diligence team to identify and document:

- Capturing high-quality, geotagged photos and field notes
- Supporting asset tagging and deficiency identification
- Verifying field data for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinating with project leads to ensure full site coverage
You are not expected to replace a full audit lead—but you will be a critical technical field contributor.
Travel & Field Expectations
- This is a full-time traveling position
- Expect approximately 30–35+ weeks of overnight travel per year
- Projects are typically 2–6 days per site
- Travel is nationwide
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active sites for extended periods

- Familiarity with CCTV sewer inspections, line locating, or GIS mapping tools
