Main Street Dispensary is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Shift Lead/Budtender to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in opening and closing the store, providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Required
- Must be experienced with Dutchie POS and Dutchie Backoffice
- Experience opening and closing of a dispensary
- Experience in cash handling and nightly bank deposits
- Must be able to work Nights/Weekends/Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about our cannabis products, including strains, concentrates, edibles, and accessories.
- Manage cash register, handle cash transactions, and operate point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including their effects, ingredients, and potential benefits.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, making recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- Keep the store tidy, organized, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about cannabis and its benefits.
- Provide sales support and help drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Perform other duties as required, including opening and closing the store.
Experience
- Previous experience as a retail sales associate, budtender, or in a related field.
- Proven sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working in a grocery store, restaurant or retail environment.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and the legal cannabis industry.
- Ability to lift and move products as needed.
Skills
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash register duties accurately.
- Proficiency with POS systems.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
