Taproot Chiropractic & Wellness is a busy, established family practice serving the Bulverde/Spring Branch community. We have a large existing patient base, strong referrals, a great team, and more demand than one doctor can handle.
We're looking for a chiropractor who is really good at being a chiropractor—someone who loves adjusting, loves taking care of people, and wants to build a great practice without having to figure out everything alone.
The Opportunity
You won't be starting from scratch.

- Willingness to learn our systems and contribute your own experience
Dry needling certification is preferred or must be obtained after hire. Webster and cranial experience are a plus, but we can teach the right doctor.

Compensation
We're intentionally flexible because the right compensation structure depends on the right doctor.
Options we're open to discussing include:
- Traditional base salary
- Lower base salary + percentage of collections
- Higher-performance percentage-based structures
- Potential percentage/split models for an established producer
- Long-term performance incentives
- Future leadership, profit-sharing, partnership, or ownership opportunities when appropriate
Our goal is to create a structure that provides security while also allowing a productive doctor to be rewarded for what they build.
Expected base salary range: $50,000–$80,000 when using a traditional salary structure (depending on PT/FT status), with additional earning potential based on the compensation model selected.
The Practice
Taproot is a primarily cash-based family chiropractic practice.
We see all ages—babies, kids, pregnant patients, athletes, adults, and seniors.
Our doctors practice with autonomy within established systems. We want you to confidently make clinical decisions while maintaining the consistency and patient experience we've spent years building.
We're busy, collaborative, pretty laid-back, and serious about taking excellent care of people.
We don't need another employee who simply wants a job.
We want another chiropractor who wants to be part of the team.
