What you will do.
Serve as the initial contact for individuals entering the Centralized Receiving Facility.
Complete mental health assessments of individuals presenting to the CRF.
Manage the CRF intake process by securing service consent, documentation, and preparing financial forms
Maintains high standards of accuracy and completeness across all required clinical and administrative records.

Additional Requirements:
Successful pre-employment medical screening (drug test & TB)
Level 2 Background Screening (DCF & AHCA)
Completion of one week orientation
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited college of university in social work, psychology, counseling or related field and (1) year of experience proving direct care services in a behavioral health setting. OR
Master's degree in a human services field; experience providing direct care in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Must be able to attain competency with electronic health record and use it effectively within required timeframes.
