Lead Carpenter – Position Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform roofing and siding installations and repairs
- Maintain clean and safe job site conditions
- Display positive customer service at all times
- Look and act professionally – following the Advantage Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid drivers license, including reliable transportation to and from the office
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform overhead work both off and on ladders
- Must own a tool belt and basic hand tools.
- Ability to work in the summer and winter outdoor conditions as they occur
- Must not be afraid of heights
Experience:
- 5 Years Experience minimum

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
