Overview
Join Home Link International Inc. as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Compliance Reviewer, supporting our Home Care division in maintaining compliance with CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) standards.
In this role, you will review clinical documentation, verify compliance with state regulations and agency policies, and support quality assurance initiatives for non-skilled home care services (CHHA/HHA).
This is a flexible, low-hour opportunity (approximately 2–4 hours per month), ideal for an RN seeking supplemental or part-time work in a compliance-focused role.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Review home care documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CHAP standards
- Provide clinical oversight for non-skilled CHHA/HHA services
- Review and sign off on care plans, supervisory documentation, and service records
- Conduct periodic audits of client records to ensure compliance with agency policies and New Jersey regulations
- Identify documentation deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
- Assist with CHAP survey readiness and ongoing compliance monitoring
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Experience in home care, home health, or community-based services preferred
- Familiarity with CHAP accreditation standards or similar regulatory frameworks preferred
- Experience with documentation review, audits, or compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Pre-Employment Requirements (Compliance)
All candidates must meet the following requirements prior to the start of employment:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Completion of a criminal background check
- Current Tuberculosis (TB) test clearance
- Completed physical examination/medical clearance
- Verification of credentials and employment eligibility
Candidates must maintain all required credentials and clearances in good standing throughout employment in accordance with state regulations and agency policies.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
