A successful commercial cleaning specialist works as a solo cleaner and is solely in charge of their time and duties.
Shinosaur Cleaning Services uses our proven cleaning procedures and training to produce results that make our clients happy! We look for self-motivated, friendly, and kind team members. A successful Shinosaur cleaning specialist is passionate about making a real difference in the businesses they serve. They are committed to gaining new skills that will allow them to improve our community.
Responsibilities:
- Our cleaning specialists must have their own vehicles with driver's license and auto insurance to travel to and from their jobs for the day. (You do not need to come to company headquarters before or after work!)
- Must be able to pass a background check with no thefts or violent crimes
- Must be able to pass drug test - we test for all illicit substances except marijuana.
- Must be able to bend, reach, lift up to 25 lbs, kneel, and stand/walk for your entire shift. Full range of motion required.
- Must have a smartphone to access our client scheduling and attendance system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred but will train the right individual
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on occasion
- Friendly communication skills to interact with clients and team members
