About the Role
BMW of Bridgewater is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our service department. This is a key role in a high-volume, luxury dealership environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming service calls in a prompt, professional manner
- Schedule service appointments using Dealertrack and MyKaarma (training provided)
- Greet service customers upon arrival and direct them appropriately
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan, file, and organize service repair orders
- Provide front desk and administrative support across departments as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Familiarity with Dealertrack and/or MyKaarma is a plus
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Must be able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ 08807
- Available Monday–Friday, 10.00 AM– 7:00 PM; weekend availability a plus
