We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Cashier to join our team at Glencoe Fleet Supply. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and an ability to accurately process cash or credit sales transactions. As a Retail Cashier, you will be responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service in the cash register area.
Duties
· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
· Precisely and accurately process all sales transactions, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions, and processing refunds for returned merchandise.
· Be knowledgeable and actively participate in all sales promotions and build customer relations.
· Listen to and positively address all customer complaints, with the support of management as needed.
· Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Requirements
· Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a customer-focused environment.
· Detail-oriented and precise in cash handling, with the proven ability to accurately process sales transactions using a cash register (or Point-of-Sale system).
· Good communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and management.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store.
· Available to work every second weekend.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
