Job Description:
As a Sales Representative for our wholesale stone slab and porcelain tile company, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, facilitating orders, and ensuring timely deliveries of products and samples. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to travel frequently, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities in the stone slab and porcelain tile market.
- Order Placement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and place accurate product orders.
- Travel to Clients: Visit client sites regularly to discuss their needs, present products, and ensure satisfaction with deliveries and service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on new products and industry trends to educate customers and provide the best solutions for their needs.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale construction, tile, or stone industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel to client sites and the warehouse as needed (valid driver’s license required).
- Knowledge of stone slabs, porcelain tiles, or related products is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift and transport samples or small quantities of product when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
