Xevichez Sushi Bar is hiring energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven team members to join our growing restaurant family!
We are currently hiring Servers, Hosts/Hostesses, and Bussers. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to creating an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.
Available Positions
Servers
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests throughout their visit
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Work closely with bartenders, bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Follow all responsible alcohol-service and identification-checking requirements
Hosts/Hostesses
- Greet every guest warmly and professionally
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating rotation
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Communicate accurate wait times
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host area
- Assist the service team as needed
Bussers
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and correctly
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and service areas
- Refill water and assist with guest needs
- Support servers and other team members throughout the shift
- Help ensure tables are ready for incoming guests

- Willingness to learn and follow Xevichez service standards
- Ability to remain active and stand for extended periods
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Schedule Requirements
Applicants must have flexible availability. Because weekends are some of our busiest periods, availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings is strongly preferred.
Availability represents the days and times an employee is able to work and should not be considered a request for preferred days off. Scheduling opportunities will depend on business needs, employee availability, performance, and reliability.

Pay: $18.47–$19.50 per hour, depending on position and experience
