G&M Health, LLC is seeking to fill a part time HR Generalist. Duties shall include but are not limited to:
- Position handles all day-to-day HR functions for employees
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries
- Support performance management processes and HR initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures
- Maintains privacy & confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills
Must Have
- 5+ years of HR Experience Required. Team of 1 within a small organization, preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and benefit administration is a must
- Paychex experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education:
- A 4 years Bachelor's degree is required.
