General Manager Responsibilities
- Adhere to corporate policy
- Pass corporate quarterly inspections
- Lead daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Build a strong management and crew team
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards
- Manage labor, food cost, waste, scheduling, and payroll
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Ensure food safety and company procedures are followed
