Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Currently looking for a weekend server but more hours may be available as volume allows
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and server areas.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in serving or food service within a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be at least 19 yrs. old.
