Klawcade Vancouver is hitting the ground running! We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to join our premier inaugural location in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for a retail professional who can pair operational excellence with a high-energy customer experience. Join our leadership team and help us kick start our first ever claw arcade.
Expectations for this position:
- Oversee Team Member staff and daily operation functions.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise and review store staff.
- Ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and shift procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, proactively communicate inventory stock management(ordering and receiving, and coordinate prize and display presentation.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store, ensure all machines are clean, stocked, and functional properly. Escalate maintenance needs are necessary.
- Support social media and execute promotional activities .
- Coordinate parties and events, from booking and pre-party planning through execution and guest send off.
- Conduct operational reports, reconcile cash, and ensure compliance with all SOPs daily.
Qualification:
- 2+ year of management experience in retail, entertainment, or arcade settings.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in fast-pace and high energy environment.
- Experience with POS systems, shifting reporting, and inventory management tools.
- Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.
- Cash handling and basic accounting/reporting experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend.
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, friendly and outgoing.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
