Primary Responsibilities:
- Presenting, demonstrating and selling a new and pre-owned vehicles in a goal-oriented environment that supports overall sales objectives
- Explaining product attributes, performance, and innovations as they apply to the interests of prospects and owners
- Maintain a buyer & prospecting follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Attend product and sales training courses
- Keeping abreast of the competitive environment, such as new products, features and accessories available; translating their benefits to customers
- Following up on all post-delivery items such as title/paper work, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is required
- Computer aptitude; use of email and Internet usage
- Have a valid driver license with clean driving background
