We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service. This is a commission-based position — the more you produce, the more you earn. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide solution-based estimates
- Perform emergency plumbing services as needed
- Maintain a professional image and uphold company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently, close jobs, and upsell services
- Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation for emergency services
Preferred Experience
- Water heaters, sewer repairs, hydro-jetting, repipes, leak detection
- Backflow, gas lines, and commercial systems a plus
Compensation
Commission-Based Pay – Top techs earn well above industry average
