Prep shift begins at 6 a.m., with hours varying based on business pattern. (20 hours during winter months, 30+ Memorial Day to Labor Day) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepping salads
- Prepping produce
- Prepping breakfast burritos
- Making yogurt parfaits
- Baking pies, cookies, biscuits, and McGriddles
- Station cleanliness and basic cleaning tasks
