Responsibilities
- Supervise residents to ensure safety and adherence to community guidelines
- Assist with daily routines including meal service, recreational activities, and personal care
- Respond promptly to emergencies or behavioral incidents with effective crisis intervention strategies
- Support residents through conflict management and behavioral health interventions
- Conduct intake assessments, document case management details, and maintain accurate data collection records
- Administer medication following prescribed protocols and ensure proper medication administration procedures are followed
- Maintain detailed records through data entry, filing, and regular reporting to support resident progress and compliance
Skills
- RBT preferred, not needed.
- Proven supervising experience within residential or childcare environments
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
- Knowledge of child development, behavioral health, addiction counseling, and conflict management techniques
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, families, and team members
- Experience in social work or home & community care settings is highly desirable
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion during intake and case management processes
- Basic first aid certification and familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Competence in data entry, filing, and data collection to ensure accurate recordkeeping

Pay: $22.25 - $23.00 per hour
