Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director to lead and optimize our state association’s core functions. In this critical role, you will drive operational functions including but not limited to budgets, financial statements, board relations, accounts payable and accounts receivable, public relations, project management and membership development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization and industry.
Responsibilities
- Development of Membership through direct sales, social media marketing, website marketing/management and collateral development.
- Execution of comprehensive strategic plans developed in conjuction with the Board of Directors to advance operational efficiency and organizational growth.
- Fiscal Management through budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support sustainable growth and operational stability for the long-term benefit of the association.
- Monitoring of and engagement in legislative and/or regulatory issues with key stake holders both within and outside of the association.
- Facilitation of education programming for members
