Job Title: Medication Aide Certified MAC
Job Location: Scottsboro, AL
Night Shift: 6pm-630am

As a Medication Aide Certified MAC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications to patients as prescribed by physicians or other healthcare professionals
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to healthcare staff
- Assisting with vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature checks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Medication Aide Certification
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
