We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to support our kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to help wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Food Preparation: Preparing, chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients according to recipes
Cooking: Cooking menu items to order using fryers, a charbroil grill, or pizza oven
Station Management: Setting up and stocking fry / grill station with necessary equipment and supplies
Food Safety: Maintaining food safety standards, adhering to health codes, and ensuring proper storage of food
Cleaning and Sanitation: Cleaning up prep areas and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Time Management: Ensuring dishes are prepared and plated in a timely manner to meet service demands
Quality Control: Ensuring that dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste and quality
Dishwashing: Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment, as well as garbage disposal, keeping the dish area clean and assisting with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
