Compensation:
Starting at $515 per week during the 30-Day training phase*, moving into a 30-Day Oversight Phase**, and progressing as a Full Express Team Member (with productivity-based earnings potential).** Beyond Express, begin your journey toward full Certified Honda Technician through trainings and certifications on your way to a Honda Master Technician with earning potential up to $95,000+ annually.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform oil changes, tire services, and routine maintenance, progressing from training to independent work.
- Develop diagnostic and repair skills through Honda-specific certifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service center.
- Team up to provide top-tier customer service.
- Meet with your Service Manager every two weeks for performance review to ensure you are meeting program goals and expectations.
