We are actively seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional and compassionate care!
Schedule: Full Time 3PM-11PM (Hillsborough & Bridgewater)
What you'll do at The Avalon:
- Administer medication and treatments as required.
- Work with caregivers to ensure personal care is provided.
- Communicate with physicians, family members and team members as needed.
- Act as a liaison with social, health and community organizations.
Requirements:
- You must have a current LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
- You must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- At least 1 year of experience preferred.
- Memory Care experience preferred.
