SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience and at least one year experience in multiple Human Resource functions.

Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline.

Very strong attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread.

Creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.

Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Able to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information, ability to provide excellent customer service a must.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously.

Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.

Strong analytical skills.

Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets and payroll, ADP preferred.

COMPENSATION
$36.06 Hourly Rate (Starting range based on experience)
Note: Compensation is negotiable and may be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
