Are you an experienced fine dining server looking for something beyond the traditional restaurant environment?
We are seeking a polished, personable, and service-driven Fine Dining Server to join an exceptional ranch hospitality operation in the beautiful Montana wilderness. This is an opportunity to combine your passion for food and beverage with genuine guest interaction in a unique, remote setting.

What You'll Do
- Provide a personalized dining experience for every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Anticipate guest needs and demonstrate awareness of dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Follow proper steps of service throughout the entire dining experience.
- Maintain excellent timing, coordination, and attention to detail while delivering orders efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, presentation, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
- Maintain awareness of daily specials and unavailable menu items.
- Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
- Accurately use POS and other service systems.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary service station.
- Communicate effectively with culinary, events, and other hospitality teams.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain knowledge of table numbers, seating arrangements, restaurant capacity, and operating hours.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of fine dining serving experience
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player
- Food Handler certification preferred/required
- Alcohol awareness or responsible beverage service certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move frequently throughout the property
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and up to 40 lbs. occasionally
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Available to commit to at least 6 months
